Are there any separate, extra, or hidden, charges?
We do not believe in disappointing anybody with any form of hidden cost. It is our policy to be transparent with our clients with all costs itemized prior to the start of any project. Projects typically have 2-3 revisions depending on the kind of design it is and any additional revisions requested after that typically have a $25-$45 charge (again depending on the project) You as the client are notified of this extra charge per additional change you request before the actual design process has begun though so that it doesn’t come as a surprise later.
How much do you charge?
It is a natural concern of every client to know their financial commitment before embarking on a project. We wish there was a simple answer to this, however design services are not so easily quantifiable, as requirement varies for each and every project. In order to get a specific quote you will need to fill out one of the questionnaires in the Contact section of our website.
What if I need a design done sooner, do you have a rush fee?
Artwork that is needed in a day does have a rush fee. Rush fees depend on the design. To get an exact quote including the rush fee fill out the questionnaire in the contact section of our website.
Do you charge tax?
Yes, all artwork is charged a 6% tax rate on top of whatever the cost of the design is.
Do I have to pay upfront or do you take half?
Due to situations in the past, all payments for projects must be made in FULL before the design process has begun unfortunately there are little to no exceptions.
Under few circumstances will we accept a 50% deposit in regards to budgets, last minute changes, etc.

How long does it take to get the finished design files?
Once you have signed off a final design, we prepare the final files for delivery to you. Again depending on the project type, this can be as quick as 1 hour to a more typical 24-48 hours.
How do you deliver my final files?
Once your design is completed, we deliver your final file via email as an attachment. In rare cases where the file is too large to send through regular email, we would use external sites such as WeTransfer.com or SendSpace.com instead where you will be sent a link to retrieve your file(s) from there.
What are the different logo types you create?
A. Custom Script Style Logos: Script logos are the most widely used logo type, and are typically comprised of text and a typeface. The text or company name is usually written and given a unique typographic treatment (Coca Cola, Disney, Giuseppe Zannotti, Amazon, or Handwritten signatures).
B. Simple/ Minimalist Logos: A strong yet simple graphic symbol, that represents the company. This is typically more abstract and/or not as detailed. This option can include words along with the simplistic symbol used to represent the brand.(Nike swoosh, Apple, Fendi).
C. Intricate/ Illustrative Style Logos: A combination of an iconic symbol along with a wordmark. This is a flexible means of conveying the company name and introducing an element to act as a symbol for the company that is a lot more detailed. The elements can be used separately or together. This type of logo contains the symbol on top/beside/below name like sports team logos, Starbucks, KFC, etc. These kind of logos tend to cost more because of the details and extensive time that they require to create.
Will we own the rights to a logo that you design for us?
Once we have completed the design process, and you have paid the remainder for your final logo design, the copyrights of that final individual logo are then transferred to you and you own them. We own the rights to any creative concepts not chosen.
Can you design my business cards, letter heads and envelopes along with my new logo design?
Yes, we can design your full logo branding and complete stationery package. Use our online quote form from the “Contact” tab in the menu for a quotation today.
In what format do you send motion designs finals?
Motion designs are sent as an HD MP4 file along with the still versions of the design you can use for print & a smaller one to use for online posting.
Do you do printing?
No, we do not provide printing services directly. We can recommend reputable online and local printers at your request. Because our clients are located throughout the globe, it is far more expedient for proofing and more cost-effective and faster for shipping if you deal with a local printer. We can act as an intermediary with your printer, or simply provide you with the final files to take to your printer. Printing is typically not included in any of our project quotations.
Do you keep my designs on file?
For a period of 6 months following your project, we keep your design in an active archive should you lose or damage your files, or require followup work.
